Privacy Policy for Pancho Assistant

Pancho Assistant is a private personal automation tool used only by Francisco Barajas.

Google user data accessed:

With explicit user authorization, Pancho Assistant may access Gmail messages and metadata for selected Gmail accounts. For the assistant Gmail account, Pancho Assistant may also send or modify Gmail messages when explicitly authorized by the user.

How Google user data is used:

Google user data is used only to provide personal automation features, including email summaries, reminders, alerts, and operational notifications.

Data sharing:

Google user data is not sold, shared, or transferred to third parties.

Data storage:

OAuth tokens and automation state are stored locally in the user's private Hermes Agent environment. Email content is processed only for the user's personal automation workflows.

Revoking access:

The user may revoke Google access at any time from the Google Account permissions page:
